If the bell had not rung everything would have been different and the same would be true if a certain person had not been at home at that moment. So we already know a lot: <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i>a doorbell rings<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, the doorbell of <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i>a house<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, and there is a <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i>person<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> in the house. Is it a man or a woman? There\u2019s a fifty-fifty chance that it\u2019s one or the other, but if we read the playbill we realize it\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i>a woman<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\">. It will tell us something else: <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i>another one<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> arrives. Has she missed the bus? Cold. She\u2019s been out shopping? Cold. She\u2019s coming back from a long journey? Warm. She has a score to settle? Hot. What does she want? &#8230; I really don\u2019t think I should be telling you everything! And then are they women? And if they were spirits? And if there were only one of them?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>a peculiarity:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">The production involves the same play being performed twice running by the same actors, but with them swapping parts. Even with the same words being said, even with the same death at the end, it seems that life can turn out in different ways. They are all telling the truth. Or are they? What should we believe?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\"><i>IO, TI ODIO<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> is a short play with two characters that contains all the ingredients of the whodunit. The situation is one of those with which we are all familiar: two women are wife and lover of the same man, or at least so it seems.
